- MOTOR
- Squirrel cage, induction motors are F
class insulation. The thermal protector is optional to secure
the protection of motor against overload & overheating,
and the explosion proof motor is also optional. The cooling of
the submersible motor has two types: that discharge diameter
above 200 mm using a cooling jacket and the others using
the surrounding liquid to force cooling. All motor ate
strictly tested by computer testing system.
- NON-CLOG IMPELLER
- Well statically & dynamically
balanced Non-Clog impeller is designed for large passages
ensuring the flow of sewage be smooth and allow sizeable
spherical solids to pass the plow passage easily without
clogging.
- PUMP CASING
- Fitted with vent value at
discharge side of pump casing to avoid air lock ensuring
pumping system in steady operation.
- AUTO-SETTER (OPTIONS)
- To allow pump for easy installation,
maintenance & reparation, as it is no need to empty the
tank first.
- LEAKAGE DETECTOR (OPTIONS)
- Built-in leakage detector in the oil
chamber can prevent leakage from the damage of the
mechanical seal.
- INTRODUCTION:
- Non-clog impeller of C series submersible
solid handing pump is specifically designed for transportation of
sewage & slurries. It may deliver sewage that contains several
kinds of solids of solid particles and fibers. The particle
diameter can be up to 60-70% of outlet diameter and the length of
fibers can be up to 3 times of capacity may vary from 0.3 m3/min
to 50 m3/min, and the discharge diameter varies from 50 mm
to 500mm. C series pumps are high-efficiency, stable,
trouble-free, long service life, low noise and vibration. The auto
setter can make installation and maintenance easier and equip with
the level control system may keep the operation automatically. The
cooling of the motor casing has two types : discharge diameter
above 200mm using cooling jacket to prevent the motor
from damage because of rapidly charge of liquid level, other motor
directly cooled by the pumping liquid.
